My hair does not fall out as much, very little, in fact--and my hair is so shiny and full, even in the summer! Usually that is when hair 'sheds' the most. But mine has been staying in and looking good! That is what I bought this for--and one tablet a day makes my crowning glory beautiful. Took about 2 weeks before I began to see the improvement---I, also, take other B vitamins--but my hair began to improve once I started taking these. My skin looks better, too! Just don't overdo it. Your liver needs to process supplements and so, therefore, space the time you take them. The liver you save might be your own. Good product, if used wisely.

I don't normally write reviews but this product is amazing. I have thinning hair. I have have taken this product for over a month and have to share the fact that this product works! After about a week-ish I noticed in my hair the new growth line was quite noticeable. But the best surprise is that the new hair growth is stronger and healthier than I expected. Something else that pleasantly surprised me is the texture of my skin seems to have become smoother and softer. Do yourself a favor and try this product.

I researched in panic when I noticed large amounts of hair falling (more than normal). Kitchen floor, bathroom floor, on the couch...there must be an underlying reason why this is happening (nutritional deficiency or hormonal imbalance 50 year old menopausal female etc). My doc advised against hormone therapy and I know I don't want to go on Rogaine forever. So I got this and within days, hair fall sharply decreased. I don't know if this is psychological but I'm sticking to it till I finish the bottle. At least it helped to subside the wild panic and it seems to be working!! This product is a must Biotin 10,000 if you lost a lot of hair or your nail are brittle. My sister told me to take 3 years ago and I keep ordering this one or 5000 and it does make a huge difference. Less hair in my sink for sure!

My nails have never been able to grow past the skin without peeling or tearing off, since they're usually paper thin. My hair also usually doesn't grow fast and splits bad (I don't use heat on it either). I haven't changed anything as far as my hair and nail routine, other than taking this daily along with my multivitamin (Twin Lab Daily with Iron), and my nails have grown out so long that I actually have to clip them now. They seem much thicker and stronger, and my hair has seemed to grow fast with fewer split ends than before. It's been about 4 months now of me taking these religiously, but I really believe they work, especially in addition to my multivitamins. I've also seen a difference in my skin... I don't breakout nearly as much, not sure if that has to do with my skin care routine, but this might also have an effect on it. I definitely recommend them, and taking them as directed!
