There are currently 3 of us with long hair in my house, so these get used frequently! Good quality, good amount of ties for the price, which I like, since they go missing so often. They aren't so rigid that they pull at your scalp, which is good, if you care about hair loss. Will purchase again (soon, I'm sure).

I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
I always lose this but they're good especially those with relatively smooth and thin hair. slides down well when removing without pulling out too much hair and stay on well too
