Love the smell and aroma of this item. It is absolutely super for helping to avoid respiratory viruses, spritz once in the morning before you go out, once after contact with other people or large groups and once in the evening. It is lovely and fresh and easy to use. An excellent item that I would absolutely recommend.
Great use and quality. The size is very conventional. Clean packaging, and great nasal benefits. I feel sinus relief. Very effective, and the natural ingredients are beneficial. Great value and I can use frequently. No scent, and I will buy this product again. A must have in the household. Great quality!
Xlear seems a little more effective but Now's is a good substitute when the other is not available. Both keep me from getting sinus infections. This one is a little easier to spray and a little less expensive.

I use this spray for my allergies and dryness in the nose, it feels great and dosent sting like other sprays do, I love natural and mild ingredients it’s really effective, good price and quality, another wonderful product by Now brand.
I saw some good reviews on it so decided to give it a go. A bit surprised that it came without a "spray head" thingy. Hopefully it is just hidden below the cap or squirtable anyway...
It helps with clearing nasal passages when dealing with a cold. Not so helpful with mold colonization. Good to keep on hand, my daughter stopped by with an awful cold and she found it useful for helping to sleep
I use this solution to relieve my blocked nose, and it is effective. The size of the bottle is enough for quite a long use.
