Men need DHA more than EPA so it makes sense for men to choose a blend like this if taking fish oil capsules. Also valuable for brain health. That said, fish oil liquid or cod liver oil (also high in DHA) is better value for regular use. Good strength.

Nature's Way Mega-DHA is my daily go-to for fish oil. The soft gel caps don't create any "fish burps" common to other fish oil capsules. I'm impressed with the quality and the price. I try to include fish in my diet, but I'm grateful for the boost that these gel caps give. They also include vitamin E. Two gel caps contain 1.2 g omega fatty acids.

I’ve dry eyes issue and my Doctor asked me to take daily dose of Omega 3 and Dha to help, He first prescribed me a very expensive one but I was delighted to see that Natures Way one which is much cheaper, it has the exact same dosage (and even more DHA !) : quality of the ingredients are excellent with no doubts, as I can really see a big change in my dry eyes issues.
