The ingredients, Cistanche, an important Chinese herbal medicine, is a plant found in deserts and known for testosterone booting properties amongst other benefits like reducing inflammation and protecting brain function. I can't say if it's working for sure, but scientifically there has been a lot of research on supporting senescence cells and it sounds really positive so I'm hoping for the best. The size of the pill is easy to ingest.

I have ordered and taken Cistanche. It did not appear to do anything at all for me, and I had taken both forms. I have also done the typical dose modification, as well as checked the source purity, and so forth. I am posting this simply because Iherb seems, to me, an echo chamber of positive anecdotal reports. I am hoping that a null result is, at the very least, worthy of consideration. I bought Horny Goat Weed and Cistanche to test out. Taking Cistanche in the weekends and Horny Goat Week during the weekday It for sure changes my mental state, sharpening my senses, similar to a mild coffee. Slight heightened perception. Everyone would be effected differently, some other reviewers says they noticed no difference, you would need to take it to know yourself But I reacted positively, and its good for me to take on the days I have a break from coffee. Another herb I will be keeping to rotate in my cycle.

This is not the most powerful cistanche you will find. Unfortunately it is the only one we have here at iherb. Generally the powdered extracts, where you can consume larger amounts, are the ones with the greatest results reported by users. Still, the provenance and quality varies greatly from product to product, to the point where some seem like placebos and others significantly impact your life in a positive way.

Preclinical studies suggest Cistanche could help bolster immune defenses, reduce cancer risk, and increase lifespan. That's why it's part of my antiaging protocol. Cistanche has very demonstrable positive effect on my T levels within 24 hours. Is it raising T or lowering E? Not sure which but it definitely improves the balance either way. You can mitigate estrogen dominance with this. Something with this impact is probably best cycled so I take it for a few days on and a day or two off. Still experimenting with the regimen.

I take this with tongkat ali to regulate hormones. Works well. Tried Pregnalone before but this one seems to do the trick and I feel better after it.

I took this to support my immunesystem that just needs that in any way it can. I don't know what it did, but it felt good taking them.

Ordered my third bottle. Definitely has a positive effect on me. Taking one capsule first thing in the morning. The most effect I’ve noticed on my mood. I’ll keep taking it with a week pause.
