Hands down best tasting preworkout I've ever had, not to mention it hypes me up like crazy. I'd be trippin in my car on my way to the gym if I popped one of these too early. Half a scoop is great to get used to for first timers, and you can build your way up to a full scoop. Make sure you train heavy and hard, do some HIIT at the end of the workout to burn it all off if necessary or you're not going to sleep at night not even joking. easily my favourite preworkout, love to drink it with ice, I sip on it on my way to gym as if its an amazing beverage because IT IS. so good.
