KOS™ Inulin Powder
Inulin - a storage carbohydrate - provides some 36,000 plant species the means to survive cold and drought. This heart-loving little plant fiber was discovered in 1804 by German scientist Valentin Rose (you can't make this stuff up) and is today used as a fiber - adding functional food.
